We’re excited to kick off 2025 and get back to work after the holidays.
Yesterday, we shipped our first expansion joint of the year—a 𝐃𝐔𝐎 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 featuring a square-to-circular connection, designed for coal transportation.
At Tcomp we are always flexible, to the customers requirements in inquiry phase to construction, testing and packing.
We have just finished 22 pcs. Expansion Joints, with inner sleeves and protection cover to a business in Turkey, where multiply requirements where made during work.

Tcomp have just completed another exciting piping project with a short delivery time of pipe system to customer within the green transition.
The steel plates were delivered by the customer, and Tcomp has then, in close cooperation with the parent company Tjæreborg Industri,
Both of these two bellows deliveries were intended for emergency ship repairs, where the original OEM bellows, failed in service. The ships could not go back in to service without immediate replacements.
These 4Pcs. DN500/PN3,5 PED (2014/68/eu) for Exhaust, was produced within a week from arrival of flanges.

This DN2000 DUO Expansion Joint, has just been finished for shipping to Finland.
The Expansion Joint is used to absorb axial and lateral movements in a system that uses SO2 / SO3 gas. There was several requirements for NDT.
